No one would have ever dreamt over a year later and we would be back in what feels very much like the same place. Locked down.
It’s really easy to feel stuck, to feel unmotivated, and want to just say F!@% it with your training. But don’t! Don’t let your training slip right now. Your physical health and mental health are worth the added effort.
