Someone Finally Said it!
After nearly a year of trying to explain to the Ontario Government that what we do inside our facility is indeed essential, and could in fact be part of the solution with COVID-19, an MPP has finally spoken up about it!
It’s taken a recent British study to finally get them talking about it, but it’s finally being talked about! Physical fitness is essential for our overall health!

Focus:
Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds

Clean + Jerk
Burpee Box Jump Overs OR Burpee Tuck Jumps
** In each of the 3 workouts, if you finish prior to the 5 min mark, you rest for the remainder of the time, then into a group 1 min rest. If you don’t complete the workout in 5 mins, you stop at the 5 min mark and go into the group 1 min rest.
