Signing In

As some of you may have noticed already, we’ve had to update zenplanner to allow you to sign in only 3 days prior to a class. The reason for this, is we’ve had far to many people signing in for classes a week or two weeks in advance and not showing up to the classes + never following up with us to let us know they would be missing or why. It’s been happening a number of times in classes that have reached cap + is unfair to other athletes + to us.

As we’ve mentioned in the past, if this keeps happening we’ll have to implement a no-show charge, but for now, we’ve had to limit the days in advance you can sign in.

We thank you for your understanding.

Please remember to check your app for sign ins, also if using the app, do not click to send the sign in to your google calendar, click to register for class please. Sending it to your google calendar does not ensure that you’ve registered for the class.

We’ve got another killer week of training planned, we hope everyone enjoys!
