A couple things we have coming up, this week and next.

A new fundamentals session is coming up this week on Tuesday the 26th and Thursday the 28th at 10:30am. If you have someone who’s interested in starting CrossFit, now’s the time. We won’t be running another fundamental session until later in October.

We also have our pre-teen and teen October session starting October 4th. Pre-teen ( 9-12 ) or a teen ( 13-17 ), take place on Wednesday’s from 4:30pm to 5:15pm. If you have a pre-teen + teen interested in joining us for the 4 week session in October get them signed up now.
