You’ll Need It

We’ve talked to you a few times, and most recently just a couple weeks ago about Vortex Wellness Studio. After today’s WOD would be a good time to head over and give their Normatech Compression Legs a go.

But seriously, your training isn’t meant to leave you totally crushed and sore and walking funny for a few days. If it is, you need to work just as hard to amp up your recovery as you do your training. You need to pay attention to the amount of good quality sleep you’re getting, what foods you’re putting in your mouth, if you’re hydrating properly, basically what you’re doing for the other 23 hours you’re not in the gym.

Everything plays a role in your recovery.
