Co-op Student
It’s been a few years since we’ve had a co-op student join us at CrossFit Indestri. This fall we will have a co-op student joining us for the late morning, and noon class. If you’re attending the noon classes, she will be both shadowing Coach Steph, participating in some of the classes (this is the only time we allow someone under the age of 18 to attending our adult classes), as well as demoing movements. She will also spend time we me, on the backend learning the business, helping with the blogs, scheduling, etc, something we don’t typically allow co-op students to do, but because of who the co-op student is, she will have more access to the running of the business.
I’m happy to introduce you to our new co-op student who will be starting with us in the coming days. She has been doing CrossFit with us at CFI since just before she turned 6 years old. She use to pout in the lobby area watching her sister do CrossFit, until a couple weeks before her 6th Birthday, when former owner and coach Tyson allowed her to join the class. She has an incredibly strong passion for CrossFit, movement, health and wellness, and as soon as she turn’s 17 she plans to get her CFL1, her co-oping here will help to to gage if this is truly the direction she would like to go in terms of becoming a CrossFit Coach, and one day taking my job from me.
Some of you know her already, some of you don’t, but our new co-op student, is my youngest daughter, Hannah Nichol.

200m Run * fence and back walk if not running
For the Run, if it’s raining, switch to 2 x 3 point shuttle runs, if walking do 2 down and backs.
** Similar to August 11th WOD - Your team has to reach 150/125 Cals on each piece of equipment.
Machines will be lined up in a row, team members rotate through daisychain style switching machines, one team member runs 200m or walks (fence and back) and you switch machines when then return from run/walk.
