One of the questions we often get asked is, “How do I get better at xyz? Should I be practicing at home, the YMCA, another fitness facility, etc.”
The answer is no.
You get better at xyz, by doing it in class. All to often with everything in life, we want instant results, and that’s just not the way it works. It takes time, and we give you that time in our classes. Let’s take Double Unders for example. You don’t need to skip and practice every single day. One, you’ll most likely get shin splints, or an injury that is worse by overloading. When DU’s are programmed, try them, don’t worry about the clock and just decide to do singles, actually give them some attempts. Over time, you’ll see progress.
The same goes for everything from Olympic Lifting, to gymnastics movements, etc. We have incredible coaches in our facility, who have spent years coaching these movements, and who know a thing or two, so trust in your coaches, and trust in the process.
Training inside our facility is about learning and growing. It’s one of the reasons why we’re a 100% coach based facility, and don’t have you just going off on your own to do your own workouts.
Under the watchful eyes of our incredible coaches, in classes, are the time for you to learn, and get better.
