Fundamentals

Fundamentals are the first step in beginning your CrossFit journey. The two sessions set new athletes to CrossFit up for more success in classes, and both are required prior to joining our facility on a membership.

We have two fundamental sessions coming up in September.

The first option is this week, on Tuesday the 19th and Thursday the 21st at 7pm.

The second option will be the following week on the Tuesday the 26th and Thursday the 28th at 10:30am.

50 Deadlifts 185/125
100 Wall Balls 20/14
