An Update
Many of you may have seen the update the Ontario Government put out on Friday with respect to gyms. This is currently for fitness facilities in ‘hot spot’ regions of Ontario right now and is not affecting us.
Still as cases climb we watch, + listen closely.
We will continue with training as we have been, and we ask everyone to continue to follow protocols and procedures to keep risk low and keep us able to continue training.
It’s important to remember:
Do not come to the gym if you are feeling unwell at all.
Sanitize your hands upon arrival and departure of the facility.
Maintain 6 feet distance from others inside the facility when outside of your designated workout area.
Sanitize everything you touch inside the facility.
Let’s hope cases begin to reduce, we get this ‘second wave’ under control and that we don’t have to go backwards in our area.
