New Fundamentals
We have a new fundamentals session this week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30am. If you see some new faces in the facility, as always please introduce yourself and make them feel welcome.
We will also have a second fundamentals session the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7pm in the evening. If you happen to know someone who has been talking about starting CrossFit, please let them know, as this will be the only other session in October we’re offering, otherwise the next session will be coming up in November. They can shoot us an email at indestri@gmail.com to secure a spot. We currently have approx. 4 spots in the 7pm session remaining.
