Breaking Habits

Breaking habits can be one of the hardest things to do.

Due to COVID we had to change up a few things in the facility to ensure everyone stayed safe and healthy, as well as we able to get in to classes.

We’re slowly trying to break some those habits and return to pre-COVID, while still ensuring that everyone is able to stay safe and healthy.

In returning to a 60 min class time, we have more time to get out equipment during the class. When you arrive at the gym, please get back into the habit of not gathering all your equipment until after the coach has briefed the buy in. Not all the equipment will be used in the focus and the WOD, and with more bodies in the facility we need to ensure we have room on the floor.

Please leave your belongings in the lobby area, on the benches, couches, chairs, etc. Just not in the gym area. Coaches and other athletes need the floor clear to move around.

We know habits are hard to break, and these were necessary habits we had to create over the past, nearly 2 years. But we’re asking you start to break these, as we work hard to get back to our pre-COVID CFI.
