As we mentioned last week, we now have a link with Whoop for anyone who is interested in getting a Whoop themselves. With this link you will receive your first month with whoop free + a free black strap.

The Whoop strap gives us access to balancing our daily recovery, strain and sleep. It helps to track and show us our optimally training, sleep and recovery needs.
Coach Nate has had a Whoop strap for a couple years. Coach Steph has had one for a few weeks, and I (Jen) just got my last week. I was interested in learning more information about my sleep. However over the last few days I have also found it to be extremely motivating in training. To be honest, since we were able to reopen the facility inside in July, the number of workouts I’ve hit doesn’t even compare to the amount of time I spend in the facility, and training at home, I just didn’t have the motivation. Since putting the whoop strap on my arm I’ve done a WOD daily, and over the next couple weeks, I’m excited to see the data that I get for training, recovery and for me, most importantly sleep.
