Nicer weather is coming…. If we were in person training at the facility this would be the start of our running season. In buy in’s, focus and workouts. Training at home we tend to not program running as much, but with the weather starting to become nicer, we need to get in some running. So get ready. We were actually going to run last week, but the forecast was calling for rain, so we switched up the workout the night before and saved it for this week.
Keep an eye on the blog, It would be great if you’re able to plan to set yourself up in a way for the class that you can run outside.
