INDESTRUCTIBLE #WODTogetherAtHome Challenge
We know that frustrations with the COVID-19 shutdown are high, and getting higher daily. We also know that with this, can come a lack of motivation. So, we’re turning our 9am Hero WOD’s on Saturday’s into a 4 week INDESTRUCTIBLE #WODTogetherAtHome challenge.
( Not a competition, but a fun challenge )
For the next 4 weeks we’ll be hosting a workout challenge, with a option to join us virtually on Saturday’s at 9am. Members and Non-Members can all join in this. There will be no cost to register, but you will need to sign up for it on Competition Corner. (Much like we did for the sheSTRONG noplacelikehome challenge for the ladies last month.)
Divisions for Men, Women, Teens 13 - 17, Pre-Teens 9 - 12 and Youth.
There will be an online leaderboard for those who wish you use it, but you don’t have too. We’re just looking to add some extra fun, motivation and support. We know a good challenge always boosts motivation. These workouts will be designed with options for some equipment, and no equipment options as well.
We encourage you to all sign up, get your friends and family to join you.
You do not have to be a member or our facility to ‘play’.
As mentioned, we will have an option for you to join us on Saturday Mornings at 9am live virtually. But this is not a requirement, you can hit the workout on your own, or go live with a friend or group of friends, workouts will be announced on Friday afternoons, and you will have until the following Friday morning to submit your scores.
Hopefully we’ll be able to be back to WODing together before the challenge ends, and if we are, perfect, the challenge will still continue!
