Week Two
It was another great Saturday morning grind for the Open workout 22.2 this past Saturday.
Deadlifts and Bar Facing Burpees (maybe now always referred to as barfing burpees). Athletes threw down who were both officially registered for the Open as well as group who were doing the workout in the class without a judge, and once again it felt even that much more ‘normal’. Like we’re on the right track to getting back to a pre-COVID CrossFit Indestri.
We’re looking forward to seeing what 22.3 the final week of the open will bring.
