Just a reminder for those competing in 22.2 on Saturday, there will be 4 time options 30 mins apart. We’re keeping the 30 min block this week, even though the workout is 10 mins, to ensure everyone is good and warm for all the deadlifts and burpees over bars.

For athletes not competing officially, you can still sign in for the workout on Saturday, just a reminder that it’s the warm up and the open workout, you just won’t have a judge beside you.

For those competing Saturday, it’s a good idea to take Friday as a rest or active recovery day. We’ve got a barbell and burpees over the bar tomorrow too.
