Requirements Lift

As of Monday more of the requirements we’ve been mandated over the past 2 years are lifting within our facility.

You will no longer be required to wear a mask in the facility. Due to the nature of our program (equipment etc.) we generally keep distance already, but as we mentioned last week, there will be less of the equipment (cardio) equipment moved on the floor to make room for athletes etc.

Please keep in mind that some people may still be cautious as things change, and let’s please respect everyone’s feelings and space.

As always it’s very important that you do not come to the facility if you are feeling unwell in anyway at all. Everyones health and safety has always been a top priority for us, and that doesn’t change with the mandates being lifted.

We’re also slowly trying to get back to our pre-COVID way of running classes. We know it’s an adjustment, and many of you weren’t with us prior to COVID, so may not understand what we mean. When you arrive for class, don’t worry about finding a spot and setting anything up. Hangout, stretch, chat. We have time built into the classes to get equipment and set up a spot. We’ll slowly start bringing you closer and closer for the blackboard briefings again as well.

During COVID we tried to be as efficient as possible with programming for equipment and cleaning, etc. But now there will be days when you will find that some of the equipment you need for the workout will not be used in the buy in or focus work, so to ensure space on the floor, you don’t need to get any equipment out at the start of class.

It feels good to be getting back to ‘normal’.

We’ll soon be back to full class sizes, and back to welcoming drop ins again. (Hopefully April, if all goes well this week.)
