The 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Open has wrapped up. Congratulations to all the athletes who competed. It has been a lot of fun to have some competition throw downs inside the facility again, in a more normal structure.

Big thanks to those who came out to help judge, and to the athletes who also signed up for classes to come in and do the workouts alongside the athletes competing, and for supporting, and cheering them on as well. We want to thank Emma and Hannah Nichol for taking some photos each week and Kirsten for snapping some shots in week 2, and a big thanks to Scott from FitAid for helping all athletes kick start their recovery this past Saturday with a FitAid for everyone right after the workout, and Lauren from Apres Actif from coming and setting up during 22.3. It was great to have vendors in the space again during an event.

All in all it's been a great 3 weeks, we’re looking forward to getting back into events in 2022!

2 Burpees over DB

**Increase by 1 burpee every round. Once you’re unable to complete the work in the min, rest 1 round, then you keep doing the last successful round until the time cap of 20 mins.
