The final workout of the 2022 CrossFit Open is going down this Saturday. Just a reminder that both FitAid and Apres Actif will be on site.

As always some sort of workout that resembles Fran is programmed. Pull ups and Thrusters, this year DU’s are in the mix, and the pull ups change to C2B and Bar MU over the course of the workout.

* Second round perform Jerks instead of Power cleans
* Third Round Perform Clean & Jerks
* Fourth restart at First round of Power Cleans

**10 reps should be unbroken or scale to a load that you can do an ubroken set of 10
