This Week

Just a few things to note for this coming week. We’ve added a 6am Outdoor class on Monday + Friday, as well the evening zoom class will move to 6:30pm on Monday + Friday this week.

We’ve also removed the 12pm and 3:30pm zoom classes for this week. You can catch the zoom workouts at 7am and 6:30pm.

Wednesday is Canada Day, so our class options will be limited on Wednesday to 2 morning classes at 9am + 10am only. Unfortunately we’ve still mandated to 8 athletes per class, so there will be a class cap on holiday WODs until further notice.

The weather for this week looks like it going to be beautiful. Reminder to bring your own mat or towel for workouts, and bring at least one bottle of water, if not two!
