Reminder
Reminder that they are doing work in the building overnight and they have the power set to be off until 7am. This could change if the work is done sooner, but expect that you may not have the lights, music, main clock or toilets for the 6am class this morning.
Unfortunately this is out of our hands and couldn’t be helped. It was make you aware or cancel the class entirely, but there is a chance it could be back on, so we opted to make you aware instead of cancel the class entirely.

*Best way to do this, is Run the 800m to the fire hydrant and back. Run the 400m backwards all the way to the fire hydrant, at the hydrant, turn around and run 800m to our dumpster and back to the fire hydrant. At the hydrant, turn around and run backwards the 400m to the door to finish the workout.
