Subject to the Weather

We can’t control the weather, but our schedule and our programming can’t wait on it. With that said, we’ve outlined a workout below. However if it’s raining at all, certain equipment (such as the rowers) can not come outside.

Unless it’s unsafe, we can still run class in light rain. If it’s pouring, or storming, class will be cancelled, but if there is any amount of rain, workouts are subject to change.

It is calling for rain on Friday, so please be prepared for the workout to change. Should it rain on Friday, the workout will change to DB’s instead of a barbell and DU’s instead of rowing, so please bring your ropes. If you do not have a rope, it will be lateral hops, or invisible DU’s ( which are actually a really great sub.)

Let’s hope we don’t have too many days with rain during our time outside.

3 Hang Power snatch
3 OHS
1 Snatch

1 - 2 min rest between sets

WOD:

7 x 2 min AMRAP with a 1 min rest between

5 Hang Power Snatch 115/75
Max Cal Row remainder of the 2 mins

** This Row will be changed depending on weather as the screens on the rower can not have any rain what so ever on them. Please read post above about what the workout movements will be should it rain.
