Our goal aside from creating a stronger Collingwood one WOD at a time, has always been to have you train hard inside the facility, so you can do all the things you want to outside the facility.

So, how do you use your fitness outside the facility?

Focus:

Front Squat
3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - Max Reps

Build to Heavy Set of 3 then Max reps on the last set

WOD:

At 0:00:
12 squat cleans, weight 1
36 pull-ups
12 squat cleans

At 10:00:
6 squat cleans, weight 2
18 bar muscle-ups
6 squat cleans

Weights for W: 105 lb and 155 lb
Weights for M: 155 lb and 225 lb
