Congratulations to our giveaway winners this week. Autumn + Abby for the virtual classes and leaderboard giveaway, and to Rick for the 30 for YOU giveaway challenge. This past week we had, 295 names entered into the virtual classes and leaderboard giveaway. Down from the week prior which isn’t surprising as we mentioned the 3rd week into the new year is typically when we see motivation begin to waver slightly, which is why we added the weekly challenge as well.
We’d love to see the numbers go back above 300 for this week. If you haven’t given a coach led virtual class a try yet, please do. We know zoom workouts aren’t the same as in person, but they are the next best thing during stay at home and lockdowns, and allow us to all stay connected and coaching. If the camera bothers you, we promise just like classes, no one is watching you other than the coach, and if it really bothers you, leave your camera off.
If you’re doing the workouts outside of coach led virtual classes, don’t forget to submit your scores on the zenplanner leaderboard so we can enter your name in the giveaways.
And now for this weeks weekly challenge…. Last week we did 30 for YOU. This week, we’re focusing on hydration. Get your water in. Half your body weight in ounces.
Coffee, juice, pop, alcohol does not count. You can flavour your water with fruit slices, herbs, etc. The names who complete this challenge daily for the week will be added into the draw next Sunday. Stay hydrated!
