Congratulations to the winners of the Coach Led Virtual Class + Zenplanner Leaderboard giveaway from last week, Sarah M + Zach, and to the winner of last weeks challenge, which was Nutrition, Melissa!

We’re hoping to find out news from the Ontario Government this coming week about when businesses will be allowed to reopen. Hopefully the rumours surrounding a reopen after family day weekend are true and we can get back to in person training. Until that time, we’ll continue to keep you active and motivated virtually. 287 names were in this past weeks draw., let’s get that number back up above 300 again this week! If you haven’t tried a coach let virtual class yet, we’d love to see you jump on one this week.

This weeks new challenge is another key component to a healthy lifestyle!

Sleep!

While everyone’s body requires different amounts of sleep, and we’ve been learning a lot more about our required amounts daily through our Whoop. For this challenge we’re going to give a little bit of a wider range and say that each night you’re required to get between 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

Focus:

10 mins EMOM

Min 1 : 3x Cossack Left, Cossack Right, Sumo Squat, Jump squat
Min 2 : 20s Left scale, 20s Right Scales (front to back)

WOD:

3 x 3min AMRAP with 2 rest between each

3 Burpee over object
6 Ground to OH
9 Front Squats
