Please give Coach Sarah a huge welcome back to the schedule starting this week!

As many of you know Coach Sarah is also a paramedic and has been working the frontlines diligently over the past 2 years, so took a step back from coaching classes. We couldn’t be happier or more excited to have her back on the schedule with us starting with this Tuesday’s 6pm class.

Over the past two years Sarah has also been training and competing in Olympic Weightlifting and as we mentioned in 2020 Coach Sarah took a silver medal in the 2020 PanAms Masters Weightlifting competition.

You’re in great hands with Coach Sarah, we’re so happy to welcome her back to the schedule, and we thank her for all her work, and continued work on the frontlines.
