For those of you who did Jackie yesterday, take a quick watch of this. This video is from the 2013 Central East Regional, with a number of top level CrossFit Games athletes. This was not the fastest the workout Jackie was done that year. 5:04 was the fastest for Jason Khalipa in Cali. But this was an exciting heat with a number of the athletes crossing the finish line at the same time.

One of the best things about CrossFit is, whether your doing CrossFit to compete, or just for fitness, you’re all doing the same workout, there may be some way faster, or some with modifications or scales, but we all know the same feeling of the workout. It all hurts just the same.

Set 2 65%
Set 3 67% ( squeeze in a few more reps if possible)

7 Wall Balls

150 DU - Cash out of the workout
