New Faces
We have some new athletes who are joining us, some who have just wrapped up fundamentals, some who are new to us but not new to CrossFit, and even some who are old new faces, who are returning to us after some time away.
If you see someone in your classes who you don’t recognize please say hi, introduce yourself, and make them feel welcome. We were all the new faces at one time and it was intimidating to come into a space where friendships have already formed, and everyone seems to know each other. So please make sure you introduce yourself and make feel welcome. After all our OG RULES of the facility board tell you to Introduce yourself to all newcomers, as they may need to revive you later. ;)
