Week of Fitness
Like many of you we’ve heard rumours of the emergency meetings with the Ontario Government over the weekend and the possibility of a short term lockdown after the holidays, to stop the spread of COVID.
We will update everyone as we learn the details, but what we can tell you is your health and fitness is our priority and we will be ready to continue to train everyone whether it be in the facility or virtually for a couple weeks. We won’t know any details until the official announcement comes from the Ontario Government. We also have letters out to multiple Government officials asking for fitness to be placed on the essential list.
In the mean time, this is suppose to be the most wonderful time of the year. So with that in mind, we’re looking forward to another fun week of fitness including our annual 12 Days of Christmas WOD which will take place this Wednesday!
