New Cycles

This week and next we’re about to enter two new cycles. So make sure you’re writing it down, keeping track of your progress.

Today we begin a squat clean cycle, next week we will start a pull up progression cycle. Building strength in the progression, and ultimately building strength in the overall movement.

Bring your book, and write down your numbers, your reps, your progress.

12 Deadlift 155/105
9 Ring Dips
100m Sprint
