We teach Movement.
The technique, the steps, the progressions. Want to lift heavier, want to advance in gymnastics, what to increase your aerobic capacity?
Come to class, take the coaching, dial in the technique, go through all the steps, and work on the many progressions.
Nothing happens overnight.
Everything takes times.
I’ve been saving this photo for a day we lift stones, because Michaela hit all the steps in this lift that she’s been taught over and over again for years. This 115lb stone is big and it’s heavy, getting it up and over that wall required her to use the technique she has learned over the years and to perform each step in the movement. As coaches we can’t ask for much more than that.
