Practice makes Progress

That’s what our classes are, time for you to practice.

Far too often when you come to class you think you need to be able to do everything. That’s just not the case. How many of you knew how to snatch before you started CrossFit? Or could do a pull up, a muscle up, a double under, or even a proper squat? That is what we do, we teach movement.

Our classes are the time to work on things. This is where you will make your most progress, under the watchful eye of your coaches, with the support and encouragement of everyone around you.

Today is the perfect example. Practice your double under crossovers, practice your double unders. These are low enough numbers for you to work on it, don’t just go right to singles. TRY. Try for just one double under if you’ve never got one, but don’t just count them out because you think it will take you longer to do the workout.

Focus:

Rowling
6 x 100m

Partner Up. You and your partner are a team.
Anything under 100m is an automatic 5 points.
Anything above 100m = 1 point for each meter.

After you and your partner have both had 6 attempts each you will complete the number of partner wall balls that are your total combine score.
(You should have 12 numbers to add together unless you hit strikes.)
