Endurance Workouts

For our endurance junkies and those just wanting to add a little more endurance into training, we started running two virtual endurance workouts each week, Tuesday’s at 10:30am and Thursday’s at 7pm.

These two workouts will not interfere with the daily class workouts. They will be programmed much like our track nights use to be, set on paces, and or times. If you have a piece of cardio equipment at home you can jump on it, a bike and trainer, spin bike, treadmill, rower, etc. Or you can jump on the virtual class, hit the warm up with us, get the workout then turn the camera off and go run outside.

We had a great turnout last week for the two classes. We’d love to see even more of you this week.

Monday, April 12th, 2021

Buy In:

30 seconds on 10 seconds rest of:

High Knees
PVC Thrusters
Butt Kicks
Good Mornings
Push Ups

Focus:

Floor Press
8 - 10 reps x 5 (with a 1 sec pause at the top)

ss w/ 

Single leg deadlifts
10/10 x 5 

( Couple mins to prep and warm up thruster)

WOD:

7 Min AMRAP

2 Thrusters 
2 Bar Facing Burpees
4 Thrusters
4 Bar Facing Burpees
6 Thrusters
6 Bar Facing Burpees

**Keep going up by 2 reps until the 7 min cap
