House Keeping
As we begin our 2nd week back to in person training, we have a few housekeeping items to remind / go over.
We appreciate how diligent everyone has been with washing your hands upon arrival and departure at the facility. For those who attended classes on Friday evening or Saturday, you will have seen the sanitizing station that arrived, for everyone else, when you arrive, you now have the option of either washing your hands, or sanitizing.
Just a reminder that due to the current situation and sanitization of equipment and floors between classes, our classes are currently 45 mins long. It’s important that you arrive at the gym ready to train and on time for class. We need the full 45 mins for buy in, focus, and WOD.
We had a number of no-shows to classes last week. We can’t have this happening. Our class sizes are smaller, if you’re unable to make it to a class, something has come up and you’re unable to sign out because it’s too close to class time, you need to contact the facility, email, DM, call, and let us know, so we can make room for someone else. Other affiliates charge a fee for no-shows, upwards of $25 per no show. We really don’t want to have to start charging for this, but it’s something we will have to revisit if it keeps happening.
Please remember when you’re in the facility, to stay in your designated WOD areas unless the coaches have asked otherwise.
The absolute last thing we want is to ‘nag’ anyone, but we have to have these rules and precautions in place in order to remain open! Not every Affiliate in Ontario has been allowed to reopen yet. In fact we’re one of very few who was given the green light to reopen. We have to have these rules and precautions in place.
We truly do appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as we all navigate a new normal. We’re excited to see everyone this week, and have another great week of fitness in store!
