How did the first day of 30 for YOU go?
There’s often a stigma that goes with doing things for just you. We feel selfish or unproductive. The whole point of the 30 for YOU challenge is to have you do something for just you!
Yes we said something that brings you joy or makes you happy, and going for a walk with your dog might do that, or playing in the backyard with your kids might do that. But the point is we want the 30 mins to be something just for you. Something that doesn’t involve anyone else.
If you already do 30 mins for you daily, we challenge you to make that 30 mins something you don’t typically do. If you normally read everyday before bed so this 30 for YOU challenge seems like a breeze, then we challenge you to do 30 mins of mobility, as an example.
Challenges aren’t meant to be easy.
Step outside your norm.

5 Pike Push ups
10 Jump Squats
15 KB Swings
20 Lateral Hops
Focus:
10 min EMOM
Min 1 : 2-4 HSPU OR Pike push ups OR HR push ups
Min 2 : 15 Weighted Squats (light) OR 20 Jumps Squats unweighted
WOD:
8 min AMRAP
21 - 15 - 9
Weighted Squats
HSPU OR push ups OR pike push ups
Between each round 50 UB double unders/Singles or lat hop
Check back each night at 8pm for the next days WOD .
