Constantly varied functional movements preformed at high intensity, across broad times and modal domains.

I’m part of a group of affiliate owners, and I posed a question in the group the other day, that I will also pose to you.

How long have you been doing CrossFit? And what was it that you feel in love with? Something grabbed you, and has kept you at it. So what is it?
