Capable

One of the best things about CrossFit, (aside from the amazing community) is the demand that it puts on you as athletes to find out what you are capable of.

As your coaches we see it, day and in and day out, it’s why we might encourage you to put a little more weight on the bar, or go a little bit faster, because we see you train, and we see what you're capable of. And we would never push an athlete to do something unsafe, or outside their limits.

Thursday’s focus work and workout was the types of workout that truly and fully allow us to push you to find that out for yourself. No technique just pure work. An are you prepared and willing to hurt type of workout. We hope you walked away Thursday feeling proud and accomplished, and that you see in yourself what we see in you.

It’s an incredible feeling to push and pull around heavy weights and know that you can do it, and well acid bath, I did warn you that it was going to hurt, and I know a lot of you didn’t really believe me. :) Great job to everyone that took it on.
