Thankful

While the weather wasn’t exactly ideal, it did make for a cozier weekend, which we hope everyone enjoyed with friends and family.

I also saw a few posts over the weekend, this is just a friendly reminder that you never have to earn your food, your drinks, etc. training is never ever a punishment for something you might have eaten. Who would ever want to, or enjoy training if they looked at it as a punishment?! Training is in fact a celebration of the incredible things our bodies are capable of doing.

So, we’ll see you think week for a fun week of celebrating the incredible things we’re capable of doing.
