A Change
We’ve made a change to zenplanner. We’ve had a number of no shows for classes lately without being notified. We completely understand that things can up, but please remember to notify the facility when something does come up so we can remove you from class, and we’re also aware that something came up, but things are okay.
We’re hoping by making this change that will help. Effective this week, you’ll be able to sign yourself out of classes right up until the class time.
Not only do we want to ensure that someone else is able to get into the spot, if you’re unable to attend, but we also worry as to the reason why you haven’t shown up for class when we don’t hear from you, especially as we move into the winter season and the road conditions become less than ideal.
We thank you for your understanding.
