Today’s another WOD that we repeat a couple times a year, and you should be recording. It you don’t already have a WOD book, get yourself one. We sell them in the retail area, or you can bring your own book, but you should be recording your fitness. Next week we have another couple WOD’s coming up that you’re going to want to record as well.

Fitness is measurable, but only if you’re recording it to be able to measure.
