CrossFit Hope for Refugees

This Saturday, May 7th, CrossFit Indestri will join many other CrossFit Affiliate all over the world by doing the CrossFit Hope for Refugees workout.

CrossFit has teamed up with Rogue Fitness and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) to deliver a workout and fundraiser in support of first responders assisting in war zones and other health crisis situations around the world.

We will be doing this workout as a big team style workout. For those who wish to donate, CrossFit has a link HERE. CrossFit HQ will be matching all community donations up to $50,000.
