We have officially signed our affiliate agreement with CrossFit HQ for the 14th time. Our official 14th anniversary isn’t until July 5th, 2024, but we have signed our affiliate agreement and even more exciting, our affiliate page on map.crossfit.com has been updated to reflect that we’ve been affiliated for 14 years.

When Steph, Stouty and I took over ownership in 2015, the LOR of our affiliate changed and since that date CrossFit HQ was recognizing CrossFit Indestri as an affiliate based on the year of ownership change, not the 2010 affiliation date. We found this out in 2020 when we turned 10 and they congratulated us on 5 years as an affiliate. Since then I have been working really hard to get that fixed, on Tuesday night at 8:30pm I received an email from CrossFit HQ that they were able to make the needed adjustments in the back end of the system to reflect our 14 years of affiliation with CrossFit instead of the 9 that it was reflecting.

We’re extremely proud to not only be a 14 year affiliate with CrossFit HQ, but to also be a small local business that has been helping to better lives in our community for 14 years. Besides the YMCA in Collingwood, we believe we might be the longest running physical brick and mortar facility facility in Collingwood. At least one that hasn’t changed gears, or names, but we’re not 100% sure. Regardless, we’re extremely proud and look forward to many, many more incredible years of helping to build a stronger community one WOD at a time.
