From Circles to Flags

Between the sun on the grass drying it all out and the rain, the circles are vanishing and hard to see, so we’ve moved from circles to flags. Please find yourself a flag area when you arrive for a class. Flags are spaced out well over the required distance.

The weather is calling for rain from Friday until the following Thursday.
We’re hoping this is wrong and changes, but all our workouts will be subject to change.

(This will be moved to running depending on the weather.)

100m (hard)

1 min rest between rounds
