Weather and WODs
Right now we’re at the mercy of Mother Nature to a degree. This will also play into the workouts and the equipment.
Today was a hot one, please make sure you’re bringing water, bring a mat or a towel, a hat, sunglasses, if you want, etc. We’d even suggest bringing extra water if you’re in a mid day or the 5:30pm class. It can get really hot outside the facility, with very little to no shade.
We’ve yet to experience a rain day, but it’s being projected for the next few days. If it’s a light rainfall we still plan to run classes, but we may have to change up the workout, and equipment based on safety. If it’s a heavy rainfall or a storm, we’ll post on social media, and email those signed in about any changes or cancellations.
We’re hopeful the rain will happen throughout the night and not during class times. But we’re preparing and will notify you of any changes as soon as we can.
