This is just a friendly reminder that it’s okay to ease back into things. No one expects you to come back and hit 1RM’s and PR benchmark workouts right away. Even for those who have been doing the virtual classes the entire time, go easy on yourself, take time to get back into the swing of things.

There is no rush with fitness, fitness is for life!
