Hydrate
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate….. It’s hot, in training you’re sweating a lot. Be sure you’re hydrating. You might even need to add some electrolytes, or good quality Himalayan sea salts to your water to ensure you’re absorbing the water you’re drinking.
Not the biggest fan of drinking water? Add some fresh fruits to it. Curries has beautiful fresh strawberries in stock. You could also go the lemon and cucumber route.
But hydration right now, especially when sweating so much in training is important. If you’re feeling sluggish, be sure to check your water intake.
