Your fitness is measurable. You should be keeping track, writing it down.
We’re about to start some strength cycles that will be based off %. We should all be able to easily find our numbers. of course for some of you who are newer, you might not know your numbers to work of a % and that’s okay, we’ll find them. But we should all be keeping track of our own numbers, keeping track of our workouts, our progress, etc.
We do sell WOD books in our shop Indestri retail area that are $25. and will last you a good amount of time. You can also bring in your own book or journal to keep track, but you should be keeping track.
