We’re very happy to have heard the announcement today that we will be heading back to in person training inside the facility on January 31st.
We’ll share more details on the blog next week about what everything will look like. But we’re very happy to be ending the week with some positive news!!

5 Burpees into Squat
30 Second bottom of squat hold
Focus:
4 Rounds
5/5 Step Ups or Reverse Lunges
5/5 Renegade Rows
50 Mountain Climbers
Rest 1 min
WOD:
Death By:
4 Thrusters or Wall Balls
2 Burpees
**Increase by 1 burpees every round
Once you’re unable to complete the work in the min, rest 1 round, then you keep doing the last successful rounduntil the time cap of 20 mins.
