With the news on Tuesday of the Province wide lockdown being extended until February 10th, we’re all in need of a little additional motivation. So…..
We’re adding a few new fun and motivational challenges to the zenplanner leaderboard. These will be 6 day challenges that you will click on a pass or a no pass. At the end of the week, all the names who passed each of the 6 days will go into a draw.
ie) A water intake challenge. Drink half your body weight in oz. per day for 6 days.
The challenge could be based on nutrition, it could be based on mobility, it could be based on accessory work ( T’s, Y’s, W’s ), or getting outside for a set amount of time each day. Stay tuned. The whole point of these challenges are to keep us active, moving, healthy, and motivated all while having a little bit of fun!

T2B, Leg raises or V-ups
Russian twists ( Double the reps )
Lat Burpee over object
