She is Strong
Ladies, international women’s day is coming.
3 years ago, on March 8th, 2020 Steph and I launched sheMVMNT with a workout in co-lab with the Town of Collingwood’s International Women’s Day weekend events. We had 50 women in the facility to take part in a big group workout together. Coming together to support, honour and empower one another through fitness.
One week later our facility was shutdown due to the global pandemic and we haven’t done a whole lot with sheMVMNT since. That’s all about to change.
Don’t get us wrong, one of the things we love most about CFI is the inclusive space we have. However, there is something to be said for bringing a group of women together to support, honour and empower one another through fitness. sheMVMNT is about just that. Women Empowering Women through fitness.
So on Saturday, March 11th we will host a She is STRONG workout. Mark your calendar’s and stay tuned. All the details will be provided very soon.

1/1 Pistol Negaitive w/ 3 sec pause in bottom
Between each set hit:
1 Clean Pull, 1 Power Clean, 1 Push Jerk
